About Me

I chose the topic of bullying, because I grew up as a confused child being that I am a homosexual. Bullying is something I experienced almost everyday growing up, it was hard to go through but I learned that it gets better and the older you get the happier you can be and in college I have met some of the most understanding professors and peers. I learned about this topic many horrifying statistics about bullying and how many young people do not see the light at the end of the tunnel and end their lives at much to young of an age. I also learned how much help there is out there for not just homosexuals but any one who is bullied for being different. This help comes in the phone of social media but also from people who care about saving a lives and making a difference. By choosing this topic I know that it will help me in the future because it made me aware of the difference I can make in this world through use of social media as a good tool to help others.
